When can I expect my order?
Made to order pieces ship within 1-3 business days.
If your order is a one-of-a-kind piece, it is likely to ship the next business day.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. You will receive tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
International Shipping
Overseas orders will also be sent via Royal Mail with tracking information included. The customer is responsible for any fees incurred on their end.
Can I exchange my order?
Absolutely. As long as your order is sent back unworn and in its original packaging within the 14 day time frame. Please email us for more information at info@amiejacobs.com
How do I care for my jewellery?
We recommend keeping your jewellery in an airtight container lined with fabric (a jewellery box would be perfect!). Keeping your jewellery away from moisture and humidity will help to keep it from tarnishing. If you do experience tarnishing, don't worry - this is completely normal.
